Processing Time

All items are made to order.
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be designed, printed, and prepared before shipping.

Custom orders may take slightly longer depending on the design.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within New Zealand only 
(No international shipping at this stage)

Shipping Rates

• Urban Shipping: $8
• Rural Shipping: $12

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Delivery Timeframes

• New Zealand: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on courier delays.

Tracking

Tracking will be provided where available.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier.
I am not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels, but I will always do my best to help 

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping details before placing your order.
