2. Products & Services

We offer custom-made products including:

  • 3D prints
  • Stickers
  • Acrylic boards
  • Business cards

All items are made to order. Please ensure all custom details (including spelling, sizing, and design choices) are correct before placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Payment must be made in full before any order is processed or produced.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only 

  • Urban Shipping: $8
  • Rural Shipping: $12

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier services.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind
  • We only replace or refund items that are faulty or incorrect

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, including photos and a description of the problem.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, and products, remains the property of T & J Custom Collective.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

We reserve the right to display custom designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

  • Use of our products
  • Delays in shipping
  • Errors in customer-provided information
